The stairs are quite challenging with no lift.

we had a wonderful stay at the swan. it's located right in the centre of the village, just five minutes from the wedding venue. the staff were fantastic, especially paige at the bar, who was always smiling. everything was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed. the food was also top-notch, great quality at excellent prices.

The room was a delightful haven, with a spacious layout and a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning! The breakfast spread was nothing short of a feast—perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon paired beautifully with that fabulous pot of coffee. And don't get me started on the fabulous staff, who were so attentive and friendly, making every moment feel special!

Decent room decor, modern bathroom, good wifi

Thin walls made for a noisy stay!!! A closet would be much more convenient instead of an open fixture on the wall!!! More attention to cleanliness would enhance the overall experience!!!

Great Room and Convenient Location

The room was very modern and comfortable, complete with a spacious bathroom and great shower. Conveniently located near the NEC, it was perfect for my needs. the dining experience left much to be desired. breakfast options were often insufficient and service was disorganized during peak times.

It was just a good pick for a brief weekend stay in Coleshill with good value for cost. The member of staff gave a great recommendation for a nearby Indian restaurant that was delicious. Be prepared for the noise from other rooms. the walls are quite thin.

The hotel is ideally located for easy access to local attractions, but the service left something to be desired, as staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive during breakfast.

The location was a major plus for our family getaway, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and making it a convenient stay. Plus, the friendly staff really made us feel welcome during our visit.

In my wife's opinion, the family room could definitely use more space for us and our son.

Good vibes but service needs work

Had a decent stay for a couple of nights. The vibe at the pub was super chill, but checking in took ages. Our room was nice enough, just a bit dull with lighting. The staff at the restaurant seemed more into chatting than helping, which was frustrating. The breakfast was not great either. Could use a bit of improvement.
